Another study finding apparent effects were all due to endogeneity. Why? A patient who improves health by losing 50-100 pounds and gets off insulin gets no incentive. Points are only awarded for online modules on losing weight, even if they don't lose any.

Is it possible to see positive changes in observed health metrics after only two years? If we extrapolate, then it's logical to assume that there is no benefit to exercise, smoking cessation etc... I belive study should have lasted at least 5 years.
